Appointment Requests

Submitting a website form does not create or guarantee an appointment. Service is confirmed only after Verified By Reed reviews availability, signer and document requirements, location, identification, and pricing.

Signer Responsibilities

Each signer must personally appear through an approved method, present satisfactory identification, willingly participate, and communicate directly with the notary. Documents should be complete and unsigned unless the notary or requesting organization advises otherwise.

Fees and Cancellations

Quotes may include permitted notarial fees, travel, after-hours service, parking, printing, witness coordination, and other requested services. Add the business’s final payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms here before launch.

Service Availability

Verified By Reed serves clients throughout Virginia. Mobile and on-site travel is subject to scheduling and travel arrangements. Virtual notary service is available statewide for eligible documents and remains subject to signer identification, applicable law, and technology requirements.
